Many of these buffets offer Asian foods but just about any type of food can be offered if a large enough customer base can be attracted.

5. Ice Cream Store –If you have the right location, such as one that is adjacent to a large residential area or close to a main street, you might enjoy enormous success with your own ice cream store. In most of the country, these stores only operate in the warmer months from April to October and if you have the right combination of location and a large enough customer base, you may find yourself in the enviable position of only working part of the year but with a yearly sized income.
